Every Saturday from 9am-12pm I'm bringing my 40 minute classes live to the Marina. 2 of the class are bodyweight and the other two incorporate resistance bands + booty bands. Everybody stands 6ft apart wearings their own masks and uses their own equipment.
Where are classes hosted?
Classes are held at 428 11th St in San Francisco
Do I need to bring anything?
We have equipment for everyone please bring a yoga mat if possible

There parking along the whole lot

Monday: Upper Body (biceps , triceps, shoulders, chest, back, core)
Tuesday: Lower body (quads, hamstrings, glutes, core)
Thursday: Core and Glutes (core and glutes)
Friday: Full Body
